6.)Italian Astronomer Galileo Galilee-performed fundamental observations, experiments, and mathematical observations, experiments, and mathematical analysis in astronomy and physics, discovered mountains and craters on the moon, the phases of Venus, and the four largest satellites of Jupiter: Io, Europa, Callisto, and Ganymede (Born: February 15, 1564 -- January 8, 1642) was an Italian Physicist, Mathematician, Astronomer and Philosopher who played a major role in the Scientific Revolution.
